I would just like to take a moment to celebrate a monumental marker in my my parents' lives. Exactly 6 months ago today, they left on their mission to the Peru temple. What does this mean you may ask? Let me tell you.
Although one year may seem like a long time, 6 months just flew by. Now I just have to repeat that twice, and they'll be back!
All joking and nostalgia aside, I just want to say how proud I am of my parents and the work that they're doing. I know that they have touched so many lives down in Peru and will continue to touch even more. They are great examples to all of us, and I am so thankful for that.
They have one year left.
One.
Year.
I'll give you a moment for that to sink in.
